3. Secure Invoice & Delivery Plan
   For paid engagements, we issue a secure Stripe payment link or Wise transfer details directly by email. Production commences upon receipt of the initial deposit or full project payment, per your selected model.

• Foundation Model: Full upfront payment (Stripe/Wise) for single assets, sales pages, VSLs, and email sequence architectures.

• Partnership 50/50 Model: 50% upfront deposit to begin copy architecture; remaining 50% paid strictly via 50% revenue commission attributable to the new copy until project balance is fully satisfied.

• Pure Performance Model: Zero dollars upfront, paired with a 30% performance fee on verified incremental revenue attributable to the copy. Reserved for qualified B2B businesses with established traffic baselines.

 

Delivery & Ownership Standards

• Delivery Format: A dedicated Google Doc with commenting and suggestion access enabled.

• Revision Windows: Up to 2 structured revision rounds. Ten calendar days for copy under 1,500 words, 14 calendar days for copy over 1,500 words..

• Intellectual Property: Full client ownership and copyright transfer automatically upon complete payment of the agreed project fees.
